③ Humidity:Unpredictable rain weather and the use of water curtain make the environment humidity of the equipment too high, resulting in circuit board condensation, dielectric constant change, high-frequency impedance change, and unstable operation of the equipment。
④ Vibration:The aging fan bearing makes the equipment run in the state of high-frequency vibration, which accelerates the falling off of the heat radiator。
⑤ High temperature:Excessive weather temperature and unreasonable heat dissipation of the mining area lead to high-temperature downtime and even damage of the machine。
⑥ Dust:Dust, pollen, flocs, etc. in the air enter and deposit in the heat sink of the machine, resulting in poor ventilation and high temperature of the machine。
⑦ Noise:The noise of a single machine is 80-90 dB, which is loud。
1.2 main advantages of DragonMiner oil cooling cabinet
① Silent mining:The operating noise is less than 40 dB, which is more friendly to the environment. The mining factory has a comfortable constant temperature, which is convenient for maintenance and operation。
② Low power consumption at rated computing power:Under the same operating frequency, the miner runs in oil, and the chip temperature is lower. At the same time, the oil cooling cabinet saves the power consumption of the cooling fan, which saves 10% of the power consumption of the machine compared with running in air.
③ Stable overclocking:The oil cooling can be overclocked freely within the rated heat exchange power range, with an overclocking range of 30% - 70%。
④ Low failure rate:Oil cooling isolates the air, eliminates the machine damage caused by water vapor erosion, chip oxidation, fan vibration, electrostatic dust, etc., and reduces the possibility of 90% failure。
⑤ Easy to deploy:The cooling cabinet does not have high requirements for the plant facilities. The room can be completely enclosed without ventilation equipment. It reduces the input of cooling equipment such as water curtain fans, and achieves heat dissipation by deploying cooling water tower circulation pipes outdoors.

① Oil water heat exchange system
The oil cooling cabinet is designed with three layers, and the rated total heat dissipation power is 120kw, and the heat dissipation power of each layer is 40kw.For example, if the power of a single overclock is calculated as 5kw, each layer of cabinet can run 6-8 ant S19pro, and a total of 18-24 machines can run,Cabinet size can be applicable to all ASIC models on the market.Tap water and water from wells, reservoirs (rivers, ponds, lakes) or closed circuits (pipes laid underground, floor heating, water intake heating, etc.) can be used, and corresponding water filtration or purification measures can be taken according to the water quality.
② Electrical connection
Ø 4 * 16mm²+ 1*10mm² 5-core BVR flexible cable for each floor of the oil cooling cabinet is separately controlled by three air switches (4P/100A) to supply power to each cabinet, and the PDU in each cabinet is controlled by a separate AC contactor to supply power to the mining machine. Ø Each layer of the oil cooling cabinet adopts 3 * 1.5mm² 3-core BVR flexible cables are controlled by three air switches (2P/25A) to supply power to the circulating oil pump and switch of each cabinet, and provide power sockets for the oil pump and network switch. Ø An industrial grade PLC integrated machine is embedded on the front panel of the distribution box, which is controlled by an air switch (2p/25A) to supply power to the switch power supply of the PLC and the switch in the distribution box. The PLC integrated machine uses a 7-inch LCD color touch screen, which can display real-time oil temperature and high temperature protection temperature; High temperature protection temperature and alarm return difference can be flexibly set; Record the high temperature alarm log; The real-time temperature data is uploaded to the cloud platform through the built-in Internet of Things module of PLC, where remote data monitoring and remote control can be implemented. ③ Water circulation
The oil cooling cabinet can be connected to any water supply pipe, including flexible flow pipeThe oil cooling cabinet is designed with two water pipe buses (diameter: DN80, material: 304 stainless steel pipe),and the interface is connected by flange,our company provides customers with 2 flanges (diameter: DN80, 6 mounting holes,inner thread) and corresponding rubber gaskets to connect with the main water circulation pipeline on site,so as to facilitate the installation and deployment of the customer's waterway.Seen from the back,the left water pipe bus is the cold water inlet bus, and the right water pipe bus is the hot water outlet bus. The lower part of the cold and hot water pipe bus is designed with a drain outlet,which can be controlled by a valve for regular sewage disposal. It is recommended to install a mesh Y-type filter for primary water filtration and a valve for regulating water flow for each three-layer oil cooling cabinet when laying the water circulation pipeline. The quantity of water supplied determines the temperature of the coolant in the unit. It is recommended that the coolant temperature should be 40-45℃ after operation.
④ Protective measures
Ø High temperature power-off protection can be used. When the high temperature power-off protection temperature is set to 55°C, when the temperature sensor detects that the coolant temperature reaches 55°C, the power supply of the mining machine will be cut off. When the temperature drops to 45°C, the power supply of the mining machine will be restored automatically. The protection temperature and return difference can be set according to the customer's working conditions and actual needs.
Ø The whole machine has been grounded. In addition, each cabinet has been insulated and sprayed with plastic to ensure the safe use of operation.
Ø Four 120F Fuma wheels (2000kg) are used to facilitate cabinet movement.
1.5 Dragonminer oil cooling cabinet (3L-120) interface
① 5-core cable input interface
The distribution cabinet at the top of the cabinet contains a 250A circuit breaker, a zero line bar, and a ground line bar. When installing for the first time, open the cover on the distribution cabinet. It is recommended that the cover be no less than 4 * 50mm ²+ 1*25mm ² The 5-core copper cable or the 5-core aluminum cable corresponding to its current carrying capacity is connected and fixed with the circuit breaker, zero line bar and ground line bar through the corresponding type of terminal lug to achieve access to power supply.
② Water circulation pipeline interface
The oil cooling cabinet has two water line buses (diameter: DN80, material: 304 stainless steel pipe). Seen from the back, the left side is the cold water incoming bus, and the right side is the hot water outgoing bus, which is connected with the water circulation pipeline through flanges and corresponding pipe fittings.
③ network interface
There is a 5-port switch in the power distribution cabinet at the top of the cabinet. Plug the network cable to the network port of the switch to provide network access for the oil cooling cabinet.

三、Equipment installation and startup procedure
3.1 Power supply line connection
Connect the 5-core cable for safe power supply of the load to the circuit breaker, zero line row and ground wire row in the distribution box through the terminal lug of the corresponding size. Three live wires are connected to the input terminal of the circuit breaker, one zero wire is connected to the zero line row, and one ground wire is connected to the ground wire row and fixed by screws.
3.2 PLC all-in-one machine connected to local WiFi
A 12 bit SN serial code (e.g. 322070002473) is attached to the PLC all-in-one machine. When the mobile phone searches for a nearby WLAN, it will find a one named L_ The 322070002473 WIFI can be connected to this WIFI through a mobile phone. After 1-5 seconds, an interface will pop up, fill in the name and password of the WIFI to be connected to the external network, click Save, Modify, Restart, and then power on the PLC again. The PLC all-in-one machine can be connected to the Internet. To achieve the remote monitoring function, the engineers of our company need to cooperate with the user name and cloud platform permission of the cloud platform.
3.3 Miner pretreatment
Carry out ash cleaning for the whole mining machine,Remove the main engine fan and power supply fan, install corresponding fan speed simulator, place the main engine vertically on the orifice plate of the oil cooling cabinet along the fan direction, and connect the power cable and network cable of the mining machine.
3.4 Inject insulating oil
Ensure that the liquid levels of the main oil tank and the hot oil tank are consistent and reach the lower edge of the connecting hole between the main oil tank and the hot oil tank.
3.5 Waterway connection
Connect the water circulation pipeline with the cold and hot water pipe buses of the oil cooling cabinet through the flange (from the back, the left side is cold water inflow, and the right side is hot water outflow).
3.6 Start sequence
① Start the circulating pump of the cooling water tower to start the water circulation and start the fan of the cooling water tower to run.
② Plug the power cord of the mining machine into the PDU and connect the network cable.
③ Start the three 2p air switches on the front panel of the distribution box to control the oil circulating pump and start the oil pump circulation.
④ Start one 2p air switch on the front panel of the distribution box to control the PLC and the switch, and start the PLC integrated machine and the main switch.
⑤ Start the three 4p air switches on the front panel of the distribution box that control the power supply of the PDU in the three-layer cabinet. In the PLC LCD monitoring status interface, click the Start button of 1 # cabinet, the Start button of 2 # cabinet, and the Start button of 3 # cabinet to power the PDU in the three-layer oil cooling cabinet, and the mining machine starts to start.
